I love barns, horses, and country things. Here is a fun watercolored barn that is so easy to make.
Crumb Cake – 5 ½” x 8 ½” and scored at 4 ¼”; 5” x 3 ¾”
Shimmery White – 4 ¾” x 3 ½”
Wood Texture 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper (DSP) – 5 ¼” x 4”
Layer the DSP piece and the Crumb Cake base on the card base in order of size
On your Shimmery White cardstock, stamp the barn from the Hartland stamp set and StazOn Jet Black ink. Let the ink dry for a few minutes. Using your Watercolor pencils, color the image.
Use the Aqua Painter with the smaller tip to spread the watercolors to give a watercolor look to your stamped image. Be careful not to let too much water get on the cardstock so that the colors don’t spread too much. When dry attach to the Crumb Cake piece and wrap linen thread around the two pieces and tie a bow.
Stamp the sentiment of your choice at the bottom using StazOn and add some metallic pearls to the top right. Attach to the card base using Tear and Tape. All Done!!
